Your donation through the PHCC Foundation Fund is completely tax deductible.
1. CASH – cash donations are always welcome. Cash donations should be brought to the PHCC Foundation in Frith Hall (Rm 146) at Patrick Henry Community College. Receipts can be provided and official tax documentation will follow by mail. Current hours for the PHCC Foundation and the PHCC Campus are Monday – Thursday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Feel free to call the office at 276.656.0250.
2. CHECKS – Checks made payable to PHCC Foundation can be mailed to the PHCC Foundation, 645 Patriot Avenue, Martinsville, VA 24112. Please be sure and include on the memo line, Na’Jada Joyce Memorial Scholarship. Official tax documentation will follow by mail.
3. CREDIT CARDS – The PHCC Foundation can process credit card payments online through our website www.patrickhenryfoundation.com. Click DONATE NOW and simply fill in your personal information. Under the designated gift section, type in Na’Jada Joyce Memorial Scholarship. If you forget to include the designation, simply email Letitia Pulliam at email@example.com and give her your name and donation amount and let her know that donation is for the Na’Jada Joyce Memorial Scholarship. Official tax documentation will follow by mail.
